We're hosting an ultra-intimate night of wild ales and farmhouse feasting as we welcome Ashley Huntington of 2 Metre Tall Farmhouse Brewing Co. for Dinner with the Brewer.

Located in the Derwent Valley, Tasmania, 2 Metre Tall is one of Australia’s most unique and uncompromising breweries. Founded by Ashley and Jane Huntington, the brewery champions natural processes—spontaneous fermentation, solera blending, and farm-grown ingredients—to craft beers that reflect the land and the seasons. Every bottle tells a story of time, place, and patience, often with a touch of funk and a wild edge that challenges the norm.
