Dinner with the stars is the perfect night out. Whether it's with your sweetheart or a group of friends, this evening will amaze and entertain you

Your adventure starts with a delicious 2-course meal at the Barrack’s Café with an introductory presentation by Mt Stromlo Observatory astronomers on what to look for in the night sky. Then move out into the grounds where you will explore the heavens through some powerful telescopes and learn more about the mysteries of the night sky. 

Close to town but far enough away to be able to see the magic of the heavens, get yourself ready for a very special night out.

📅 Fridays - 15 March, 12 April, 17 May and 21 June, 19 July, 16 August, 13 September, 11 October 

🍴 2 course dinner – 3 x choices for main including a vegetarian option, dessert distributed alternately - (all dietary requirements will be catered for, please specify requirements in booking process)

🍷 Drinks purchased on the night. No BYO.

👕 Warm clothing is recommended 

🌙 Observations on the night are weather dependant

♿ Disabled parking on site. Evening includes negotiating uneven ground in low light levels.
