Hear from Vince Raschella – Director, Provider Engagement Branch, NDIS 

Vince Raschella is a Director in the National Disability Insurance Agency’s (NDIA) Provider Engagement Branch, leading the NSW, ACT and SA engagement team. He has previously managed the NT team and contributed to the national PACE transition program, supporting reforms to NDIA systems, processes, and provider practices.

With extensive experience in provider engagement, policy, inclusion, and system reform, Vince has represented the NDIA at outreach events across metropolitan, regional, and remote communities, including working closely with CALD and First Nations stakeholders.

Before joining the NDIA, Vince held senior management roles in the South Australian Government, where he led policy and reform initiatives in areas such as access and inclusion, housing, homelessness, domestic violence, health, and grant management.

Vince is recognised for his ability to work at the intersection of policy and implementation, supporting providers and stakeholders to navigate change under the NDIS. He is committed to building strong partnerships and networks to achieve practical outcomes that improve services and inclusion for people with disability.

Vince will share how the Provider Engagement Branch is working with the sector, what the latest reforms mean for Support Coordinators, and practical strategies to help you support clients through a shifting NDIS landscape.
