Dirty Mile - Stronger Together
What is this event?
We’re bringing our community together to take on The Dirty Mile:
400m each of walking lunges, burpee broad jumps, bear crawls and running, all in support of LIVIN and the Mark Hughes Foundation.
This event is about more than completing a tough workout, but creating impact in the community. It’s about connecting with the community, moving our bodies and doing something positive for our health and the broader health of others.
The Mark Hughes Foundation works to raise awareness and fund research into brain cancer, while LIVIN is committed to breaking the stigma around mental health and encouraging people to speak up and seek support.
We believe that community, movement and building meaningful relationships can be a powerful tool for positive change. By taking on The Dirty Mile together, we hope to raise funds, start conversations, and remind people that looking after our physical and mental health is something we can do together.
Every donation, every participant and every conversation helps make this event count.
