Run by facilitators with lived experience, this training covers all aspects of disability inclusion, with information about sensory, psychosocial, intellectual, and physical disability. This is a unique opportunity for people in the South to undertake this training which provides a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusion requirements in many areas of life.
This is a free opportunity for existing SCN volunteers; members of the public are asked to pay a small fee to support our ongoing programs including our Free Food Program and other training opportunities.
Light refreshments will be provided - please advise of any dietary requirements.
Venue accessibility: Ample free parking is available, with unmetered off-street parking behind the library (enter via Weston Hill Rd). Level access throughout the building with accessible toilet facilities. Please advise of any learning needs or access requirements so we can work with you to ensure you can participate fully.
