In collaboration with JFA Purple Orange, Volunteering SA&NT invites you to take the next step in inclusion. Disability Inclusion Training – Next Steps is designed to move you from awareness to action and spark lasting change.

Deepen your understanding, strengthen your impact. This session will take a dive into:

• Citizenhood Model & The Intersectional Approach: Understand how the Citizenhood Model reframes disability and inclusion, and how intersectionality helps us recognise the layered experiences of people with disability.

• Role of Individuals & How to Be an Ally: Learn how everyday actions and allyship can challenge ableism and foster inclusive relationships in workplaces and communities.

• Universal Design & Co-Design: Discover how Universal Design creates environments that work for everyone, and how co-design ensures people with lived experience are at the centre of decision-making.

• Organisational Culture & Creating Effective Change: Explore what it takes to shift culture, embed inclusive values, and lead sustainable change across teams and systems.
