Travel instructions

Auckland is well connected by bus, train and ferry, should you need it. It's extensive public transport network managed by Auckland Transport. The Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments is near to Auckland University, and close to bus stop 7013, Auckland High Court. Buses 931, 933 and 939 all stop at this stop. Entry instructions

There is a ramp on the side of the entrance of the hotel, and three small steps, leading up to two sets of wide doors. The hotel reception desk is straight ahead.

Accessible parking

Pullman Auckland provides valet parking services for non-members at a rate of $60 per day, while Accor Loyalty members enjoy a discounted rate of $50 per day. Valet parking is subject to availability. Accessible on-site parking is available through hotel valet parking services. There is limited street parking in the vicinities of the hotel. Nearby carparks include - -Shortland Street car park (estimated 3 minute walk) -Wilson Parking - Anzac Avenue (estimated 5 minute walk) -Victoria Street car park (estimated 5 minute walk) Note: The area is full of hills. Some walking from these car parks may be difficult for people with mobility impairments.

We will work with our presenters to ensure that conference materials are available in accessible formats as required. Please provide details of your requirements when registering.

NZSL Interpreters

NZ Sign Language interpreters will be available during the main sessions of the event. Where possible, service will be available during networking times but cannot be guaranteed.

Sunflower Hidden Disability Lanyards

We encourage people to wear their Sunflower lanyard so our team know to provide extra support.

Low Sensory Room

We will be setting up a low sensory room where people can retire to in order to have a reduced sensory experience. Further details will be provided in the conference information packs.
