The hosts for this event are a coalition of regional jurisdictions and whole community representatives inclusive of people with disabilities, access and functional needs. The coordinating team includes Harris County, City of Houston, and Disability Rights Texas. Many other jurisdictions, agencies, community-based organizations, non-profits, and commercial & corporate partners are participating with the coalition.
