Online Men's circle
Discharge is an online Men's Circle, a safe place to come and share vulnerably at the end of each week. Come along and sit in circle with your brothers, take a load off, share, listen and offer support where you can.
Please be on time. 18:25pm for 18:30 start
No alcohol or food to be consumed during the circle. We are here to be present and hold space for each other.
