Description
Discover the Casuarina Wetlands
The Rural City of Murray Bridge and Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board are inviting the community to learn more about the Casuarina Wetlands at a free educational event on Tuesday 27 October 2026.
The event will explore how the wetland functions, the flora and fauna that inhabit the area, and the important role wetlands play in the local environment.
Come along and hear from our guest speakers, learn about the wetland ecosystem and get the opportunity to view macroinvertebrates.
Two sessions will be available at Pathways Reserve, Parkview Drive, Murray Bridge:
Session 1: 1pm to 3.30pm
Session 2: 4pm to 6.30pm
Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend and discover more about this valuable local natural environment.
This project is supported by the Murraylands and Riverland Landscape Board through funding from the landscape levies.
