Discover Riley Street Natural Reserve
Event description
NOTE this month we're meeting in the afternoon!
Get hands-on with the Friends of Riley Street Natural Reserve Landcare Group
Join us for an afternoon working side-by-side with one of our local urban Landcare groups! Find out about the important work Landcare groups do while learning how to identify native grasses and weeds, help with some weeding, pick up rubbish, and enjoy birdwatching in the beautiful surroundings. It's a great way for families to connect with nature, make a positive impact on the environment, and have fun outdoors!
This event is for children and their responsible adult(s).
The exact meeting spot will be included in your tickets.
Things to keep in mind...
There are no toilets at the site.
Bring water and consider sun protection.Â
Wear sturdy shoes and long pants are recommended.
Leave your pets at home.
If you've never been to one of our gatherings before, they are for children with their responsible adult.
When you book, to help us with numbers, please book a separate spot for everyone in your group.
