Event description
Discover Your Inner Magic - Kundalini Kriya workshop with Clare Lovelace
Join Clare for a 2-hour workshop exploring movement, meditation and breath practices from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. As we move into the cooler months these practices will be a soothing warming balm to keep the inner fire strong.
Have you ever felt confused about the term ‘energy’
Do you find it difficult to feel the energy in your own body or connect to more subtle practice such as meditation and Breathwork?
Are you seeking a deeper connection with your own inner world?
During this 2 hour Masterclass I will share practices that have led to increased creativity, pleasure, awareness and a sense of peace and satisfaction in my life.
I’ll be breaking down these more subtle practices and demystifying ‘energy’.
We will discuss subtle body anatomy from the yoga perspective and practice simple yet powerful Kriyas that you can take with you into everyday life.
Workshop includes:
~ Energetics of yoga from the Vedic perspective
~ Kriya practices (short movement practices to create more energy in your system)
~ Prānāyāma rhythms (breathing practices) to calm and regulate your mind and body.
~ Different meditation techniques to help you fall in love with meditation rather than see it as a chore.
~ Unpacking why we feel resistance to these practices and how to work with some of the obstacles of the mind.
These practices are relatively gentle and accessible to everyone. No prior experience is required. I’m so excited to share this with you!
