Discovering Futures Thinking

This workshop provides an introduction to a core set of systems thinking tools from the MIT Systems Awareness Lab/Center for Systems Awareness. Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn to visualise system dynamics using tools like stock and flow diagrams and growth over time graphs, delve into systems, structures and assumptions with the iceberg model, and explore relationships between system elements through connection circles.

A feature of the workshop is the opportunity to explore and plan for the integration of systems thinking tools into primary and secondary classrooms, and leadership practice.
