Rediscover the joy of being creative - an uplifting introductory workshop that welcomes participants into the heart of Kriyaness philosophy.

Where creativity becomes the pathway to wellbeing, connection and self discovery.

I genuinely welcome all ages from 18+ and creatives abilities. A gentle and engaging space inviting YOU to slown down, breathe, reconnect with YOUR natural curiousity through mindfulness, natured- inspired practices and playful creative espression(s).

You don't need to be an artist. Come as you are kind of space. Bring a friend and share the experience together.

Celebrating the creative process rather than the final outcome. A safe and inclusive space where everyone is encouraged to explore, express and enjoy the experience, at The Soul Song Temple- Healing Arts | 5 element space.

A space where Interconnectedness - Kindess-Compassion are the essence of what I offers.

Event Details

Date: Sunday 13th September
Time: 10:00am–11:30am
Recommended arrival: 9:45am for 10 am start.

Location: The Soul Song Temple | 5 Element space

Places: limited to 8 for an intimate experience.

Parking: Free-off the street parking

Bring: Yourself, comfortable clothing and an open mind. All creative materials are provided. (welcomed to bring your favourites materials or/and naural element with you, if preffered).

Come slow down.
