About the Speakers

Dr Lee Ann Jackson
Head of the Agro-food Trade and Markets Division, OECD
Based in Paris, Dr Jackson leads work on the links between policies and outcomes in food and agricultural markets. This includes modelling medium-term outlooks, food systems policy, and improving transparency in agri-trade. She has over 20 years of experience, including 16 at the WTO as Secretary to the Committee on Agriculture, where she advised member countries on agricultural trade policy and multilateral negotiations.

Dr Jared Greenville
Executive Director, ABARES
Dr Greenville leads economic analysis and research across Australian agriculture, fisheries, and forestry, supporting both policy development and decision-making from farm level to global markets. He represents Australia at OECD forums on sustainable production and global food security. Prior to ABARES, he held senior roles at the OECD, focusing on agri-food trade, global value chains, and food security in Southeast Asia.

Dr Susan Stone
Credit Union SA Chair of Economics, UniSA
Dr Stone provides economic analysis focused on South Australia’s position within global markets. Her previous roles include senior appointments at the OECD, UNESCAP, Asian Development Bank Institute, and the Productivity Commission. She regularly contributes expert commentary across media and holds a PhD in Economics.
