The Bilingual Health Workforce Evaluation Project, conducted by True Relationships and Reproductive Health (True) in partnership with Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland (ECCQ), addresses critical workforce gaps in Queensland’s health and community services sectors, particularly in delivering culturally appropriate services to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
