Brought to you by Leadership College London in partnership with LICC to develop the competency, capacity, and influence of leaders.
Understanding the importance of raising up distinctively Christian leaders around the world, the course delivers an intensive three days of focused training to equip and develop leaders who will impact society through their sphere and context. Designed for a global audience, all teaching is informed by our five Cs: Calling, Character, Charismata, Chemistry, and Competence.
The course offers the opportunity to hear from and connect with our in-house and guest speakers who represent a range of spheres and have extensive leadership knowledge, experience, and expertise. Delegates will not only benefit from dynamic front-led teaching, but also take part in a shared learning experience through group exercises and discussions. Attracting leaders from all over the world, this environment will be extremely valuable and mutually enriching as they learn from the complexities of their different contexts and build lasting connections.

The training will be delivered between 9:30am and 5:30pm each day. There will optional opportunity to socialise with other attendees in the evening, more details to follow.
Course contributors
Elisa Alberto
Elisa has over 15 years of experience as business consultant in developing and steering change management, culture transformation and ‘Why Discovering’ projects, both in the corporate world as well as in the start-up and non-profit space (igniteand.com). She also coaches executives and leadership teams to embrace new leadership cultures that positively impact trust, collaboration, and engagement. She is particularly passionate about supporting upcoming leaders to unlick their full potential and connect to their purpose as leaders of the future. Elisa is also the co-founder of Loretto, UK, a Christian charity based in Southwest London. Her vision is to see more people stepping up in leadership and faith, truly following Jesus and being a visible testimony of the gospel through their lives and work.
David Walker
David is the Director of Work and Leadership at LICC. He helps workers from all sorts of sectors find their God-given purpose in work – to imagine how they can make a difference with Jesus, right where they are. David has also served as a vicar and held senior roles at Orange in Paris and London.
Pete Wynter
Pete Wynter is Director of the Leadership College London, Vicar at St Paul’s Hammersmith, and the founder of Onelife, a charity working with young leaders around the UK and beyond. Pete speaks and coaches into a range of leadership competencies, with the specialism of increasing capacity and character in leaders. He has delivered transformational leadership programmes globally and has spoken at and hosted the international Leadership Conference in the Royal Albert Hall, London, for several years. Pete has enjoyed training in contexts like BMW, PWC and a range of start-ups. He has also been Leadership Coach at Gloucester Rugby, working with international players from the top rugby teams in the world.

There is no need to bring a printed ticket. We will only require your name to verify your ticket place.

- What is your refund policy?
Tickets are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event. After that timeframe tickets are not refundable.
- What is the photography policy for the event?
A lot of our events are filmed and have a photographer present. If this is the case, there will be signage at the venue and a designated seating area for anyone not wanting to be filmed or photographed.
