We’re bringing 100+ singles together for one big Friday night at the Ambarvale Hotel.
Think good tunes, pool tables, easy icebreakers and garden areas filled with people who are actually single and ready to meet someone in real life.
To make finding your kind of person a little easier, the event will be divided into three designated age-group areas:
25 - 34
35 - 44
45+
Choose the age group you’d prefer to date when booking and begin the night in that designated area. You’ll still be free to move around and mingle throughout the entire event. It’s one big singles party, just with an easier place to start.

WHAT IS MEET YOUR MATCH?
Before the event, you’ll have the option to complete a short profile telling us a little about yourself and what you’re looking for.
Using your answers, we’ll search the guest list for people who could be a good match. At the event, you’ll receive your own personalised Meet Your Match envelope containing a few clues to help you find them in the room.
It’s a fun way to make your first move, and you never know who might be waiting to meet you.
Please note: The deadline to submit your Meet Your Match profile is Monday, 14 September.
COMING ALONE?
Perfect. Most people do.
Our hosts will be there to welcome you, help you settle in and make meeting new people feel easy. We’ll also have Pakks conversation starters and other subtle icebreakers throughout the night. Nothing awkward, nothing forced and definitely no cheesy name tags.
We do dating differently. Just grab a drink, enjoy the music, play a game of pool and talk to whoever catches your eye. Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help.

- WHAT AGE GROUPS ARE AVAILABLE?
The event will have three designated age-group areas: 25 - 34, 35 - 44 and 45+.
Choose the age group you would most like to date when booking.
You’ll begin the night in that designated area but can mingle throughout the entire venue.
- DO I HAVE TO BE WITHIN THE AGE RANGE I SELECT?
Choose the group that best reflects the age of the people you’re interested in meeting. The groups give everyone an easier place to start, but they aren’t intended to restrict who you can speak to during the night.
- CAN I MOVE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT AGE-GROUP AREAS?
Yes. It’s still one big singles party, and everyone is welcome to move around and mingle throughout the venue.
- CAN I COME ALONE?
Absolutely. Most people attend our events alone. Our hosts will welcome you and help you settle in, and we’ll have subtle conversation starters to make meeting people feel easier.
- WHAT IS MEET YOUR MATCH?
Meet Your Match is our optional matching experience. Complete a short profile before the deadline, and we’ll use your answers to look for potentially compatible people attending the event. At the event, you’ll receive a personalised envelope with a few clues to help you find your matches.
- WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MY MEET YOUR MATCH PROFILE?
The deadline to submit your profile is Monday, 14th September. Please remain subscribed to Singles Mingles emails after booking. Your profile link, Meet Your Match information and important event updates will be sent by email.
- WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The dress code is smart casual, think Friday night drinks rather than anything too formal. Wear something you feel confident and comfortable in.
- DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
Not at all. Simply have your digital ticket available on your phone and bring valid photo ID.
- CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T ATTEND?
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, work commitments, transport difficulties or an inability to attend.
- CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE IF I CAN'T ATTEND?
Tickets cannot be resold or transferred to another gender or age-group category without prior approval from Singles Mingles. Please contact us at info@singlesmingles.com.au before making any ticket changes.
