DITCH THE APPS. MEET YOUR MATCH AT BALLINA
Singles Mingles is coming to Shaws Bay Hotel, Ballina for a Friday night singles party in our own private, exclusive singles-only space.
And you won't be walking in completely blind. Before the event, we'll send you our Meet Your Match profile to fill out. We'll work our magic behind the scenes and when you arrive, you'll find out who you've been matched with in the room. Then the rest is up to you.
Grab a drink, find your matches, meet some new people and enjoy the night. We'll have good tunes, fun icebreakers and prizes throughout the evening to keep things moving and make meeting people feel easy.
We do dating differently. No cringe, no name tags, just a fun Friday night out, except everyone in the room is single and actually there to meet people.
Come on your own (that's normal around here), or bring a single friend. Our hosts will be there throughout the night, and we'll give you a few easy ways to break the ice if you're not quite sure where to start.

How does Meet Your Match work?
One of the best parts of the night is that you’ll walk in already matched.
After purchasing your ticket, we’ll send you our Meet Your Match profile to complete. Tell us a little about yourself and who you’d like to meet, then we’ll work our magic behind the scenes.
When you arrive at Shaws Bay Hotel, you’ll receive an envelope with clues about your matches for the night. From there, it’s up to you to find them, say hello and see if there’s a spark.
Meet Your Match profiles close Monday 12 October.
Just make sure you complete your Meet Your Match profile before the cut-off so we can include you in the matching.

- CAN I COME ALONE?
Absolutely. Most people attend our events alone, that's completely normal around here. Our hosts will welcome you and help you settle in, and we’ll have subtle conversation starters to make meeting people feel easier.
- WHAT IS MEET YOUR MATCH?
Meet Your Match is our optional matching experience. Complete a short profile before the deadline, and we’ll use your answers to look for potentially compatible people attending the event. At the event, you’ll receive a personalised envelope with a few clues to help you find your matches.
- WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Think Friday night drinks. No need to go over the top, just wear something you feel good in.
- DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
Not at all. Simply have your digital ticket available on your phone and bring valid photo ID.
- CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T ATTEND?
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, work commitments, transport difficulties or an inability to attend.
- CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE IF I CAN'T ATTEND?
Tickets cannot be resold or transferred to another gender or age-group category without prior approval from Singles Mingles. Please contact us at info@singlesmingles.com.au before making any ticket changes.
