• Diva Booty Band Workout: A fun, energising outdoor workout suitable for all fitness levels.

• Yoga, Meditation & Stretching: Take time to slow down, recharge and enjoy a moment of mindfulness.

• Goodie Bags: Every participant will receive a Diva booty band and goodies from our amazing local sponsors.

• Giveaways & Prizes: Exciting vouchers, special treats and surprises generously donated by local businesses.

• Community & Connection: Meet incredible women, make new friends and enjoy a morning filled with positive energy.

• Activities for Little Ones: With support from Little Ducks Childcare, mums can enjoy the event while their children aged 0–5 take part in fun activities.

• Supporting a Cause: Come together to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research.
