Travel instructions
Public transport: The closest bus stop to the venue is the Chancellors Place Station (6 min walk) however the venue is also accessible from the UQ Lakes Station (8 min walk). Driving: There are a number of paid parking locations (including accessible parking) close to the venue, including on University Drive, Campbell Road and Blair Drive. Entry instructions
Enter the Sir Llew Edwards building via the glass doors at ground level. Volunteers will be posted around the location on the evening to help guide you to the event room. Once you have entered the building, turn left and take the lift to the 6th floor. Upon exiting the lift, turn left and walk to the end of the corridor to enter the Terrace Room. Here, you will be greeted by YAIA volunteers. Look out for a YAIA banner.
Toilet location
The nearest toilets to the Terrace Room are located around the lifts. Men's toilets are to the right of the lift, and women's toilets and an accessible bathroom are located on the left side of the lifts.
