Beginning her musical journey as a host and programmer on Australian radio station triple j, Nina quickly gained a reputation for her ability to discover and promote dance music from around the world. This led her to establish NLV Records in 2015, a label that has become a catalyst for cultivating a vibrant underground culture and community.

As a producer, Nina has released two solo EPs, including "EZY or Never" in 2016 and "Lucky Girl" in 2018, along with numerous singles. Her sonic range knows no bounds, as she fearlessly explores diverse genres while pushing the boundaries of forward-thinking dance music. Collaborating with a wide range of artists such as Swick, Anna Lunoe, and Ninajirachi, Nina's musical prowess shines through her versatile collaborations.

LUKE ALESSI

“A fine balance between ruthless functionality & experimentalism,” Luke Alessi says of his

current creative output.

Influenced from an array of different styles, Luke’s music sits in its own lane, not to be

pigeonholed into any conventional genre. Instead, intentionally blurring the lines between

house, electro, indie dance, afro, prog & techno via synth lines that bend your mind, hooks

that get stuck in your head for days and underlying, funky grooves that keep your body

locked in on the dance floor.

Striving to create music that's designed to take you elsewhere, even if just momentarily, it’s

no surprise to see his tracks circulating the rounds of ID groups as they pop up in new

corners of the world. His most recent release was his debut EP with RÜFÜS DU SOL’s label

Rose Avenue, which saw the lead track ‘Scuze Me’ top the Indie Dance Charts, gaining

support from the likes of Dino Lenny, WhoMadeWho, Whitesquare, Chloe Caillet, John

Digweed, Magdalena, Black Coffee, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Musumeci, Lehar, Adam Ten and

more. Prior to that in 2022 he had two EPs with Mobilee, one on Buttress Recordings and a

remix for RÜFÜS DU SOL on their Surrender remix album.

As a DJ, Luke made a name for himself in Australia in 2022, with plays at Pitch Music &

Arts, Sydney's Lost Paradise Festival, and Beyond The Valley in Melbourne, as well as

supporting RÜFÜS DU SOL on their recent Australia tour alongside John Hopkins, on the

back of his remix of their track Devotion. Next month Luke takes Australia’s east coast for a

series of headline plays, followed by his first Mexican play at Sundream Baja.
