Event description

Burnout is real – and for neurodivergent people, it often looks different. Join us for our next Divergent Discussion, where we’ll unpack the unique experiences of ADHD and Autistic Burnout – what it feels like, why it happens, and how to recover in ways that honour your neurotype.

Whether you're autistic, ADHD, both, or just curious, this is a safe space to learn, reflect, and connect. We’ll be joined by Caitlin Hughes, a neurodivergent voice with lived experience who will share practical strategies.

What to Expect:
✅ Honest conversations about burnout in ND life
✅ Shared experiences from ADHDers and Autistics
✅ Tips for managing energy, self-care & recovery
✅ Audience Q&A
✅ Supportive community vibes

Who Should Join?
Neurodivergent folks, allies, friends, family, professionals — all welcome.

Hosted by Kaboose
