Friendship can be beautiful, and they can be complicated. For many neurodivergent people, forming and maintaining friendships often comes with unique challenges and questions: How do we find people who truly get us? How do we navigate social norms, overstimulation, or rejection sensitivity?

In this Divergent Discussion, we’re talking to neurodivergent writer and speaker Lou Chandler about the real, messy, and meaningful side of friendship. Lou will share her experiences and reflections for the first 45 minutes, followed by an open community Q&A where you can share your thoughts or ask questions.

This session is for anyone curious about neurodivergent connection, whether you're seeking friendship, deepening existing ones, or just want to feel less alone.
