Event description

Diversity Blueprint: Crafting Strategies for Inclusive Workforces

The topic can be overwhelming. The good news is improvements can start small.

Join us for an interactive 1-hour panel discussion (6pm-7pm), focused on creating sustainable solutions for neurodivergent workforces, followed by Q&A + networking.

You’ll leave armed with actionable insights, and you’ll be ready to make immediate, impactful change.

If you’re a recruitment decision maker, you lead or grow teams, and/or are involved in workforce development and strategy you’ll want to be here.

Meet the Panellists:

Aron Mercer

  • Aron is a founding member of Xceptional, an award-winning social enterprise focused on creating meaningful careers for neurodivergent individuals while solving talent challenges for businesses. As a neurodivergent individual himself, he is committed to disrupting traditional recruitment practices and promoting inclusivity. Aron frequently raises awareness about employment diversity and inclusion, with interviews featured in News Limited, the Australian Financial Review, ABC, and more.

Rachael Cook

  • Rachael is an award-winning CEO leading a workforce that's over 60% neurodivergent. Her commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration has earned Inclusee recognition from CEO Magazine, the Australian Financial Review, and others. With high staff engagement (91%) and management approval (95%), Inclusee has achieved an Outstanding Culture Certification. Rachael will share practical tools that empower leaders to support neurodivergent employees.

How to Find Us

Our office is located at 388 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley. You'll spot us easily as we’re in the large white building on the corner, right across from the 7-Eleven. To reach our reception, simply head up the stairs at the entrance.

Parking

Street parking around the office can be a bit tricky, so we suggest reserving a spot at Secure Parking on Berwick Street for peace of mind. The entrance is on Berwick Street, and booking online is $7 per hour. Drive- up rates are higher at $22 per hour, so it's worth booking ahead.

Public Transport

We’re a short 400-meter stroll (about a 6-minute walk) from Fortitude Valley train station, and there are several bus stops conveniently located nearby as well.
