Join us for Divine Balance: A Journey in Sound, a unique and transformative experience designed to guide you into deeper harmony with yourself and the collective. Hosted by Bess Wittingslow and Gus Abiz, this event will explore the profound impact of sound, frequency, and music on our emotions, energy, and reality.

Gus will take you on a sonic song journey, performing high-vibe, positive songs that uplift the spirit and elevate the mood. As he shares the frequencies and meanings behind these songs, you’ll discover how sound can shape our perceptions, influence our emotions, and create the reality we experience.

Bess will lead you through a powerful sound healing, using her nourishing voice and crystal bowls to help you align your energy and connect with your inner self. The combination of sound and gentle breath will facilitate deep relaxation, clarity, and a sense of oneness, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

Throughout the evening, we will also set intentions, sing together, and create a safe space where anything is possible. This full song circle will empower you to embrace the life you wish to create, supported by the collective energy of the group.

• Anything else you want to be comfortable sitting and/or lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, etc...)
