Step into a space of deep healing at my Divine Union workshop, designed to help you balance the masculine and feminine energies within your inner Divine Union. This transformative session is for men and women who are seeking harmony between these two powerful forces in their everyday life.

Throughout this 2-hour journey, we’ll explore the dynamic relationship between the masculine (logic, structure, action) and the feminine (feeling, intuition, flow) energies through a series of practices:

✨ Pre-Journey Journaling to reflect on how these energies show up in your life currently and where balance is needed
✨ Yin Yoga with poses that create space for both energies to release tension in the right and left side of the body
✨ Sound Healing with 8 crystal quartz singing bowls and a sound healing practitioner’s chalice, guiding you into a meditative state where balance naturally unfolds

✨ Post-JourneyJournaling to reflect on how these energies showed up in the workshop and what epiphanies you have reached as a result

This workshop provides a safe, immersive environment where both masculine and feminine energies can be honored and brought into equal space. Whether you're feeling disconnected to either energy or simply looking for a deeper understanding of these energies, this experience will help you reconnect and find equilibrium.
