Divinely Restorative ~ Spring Equinox Goddess Circle

Nau mai hāere mai wāhine mā,

We are blessed to welcome you to a spacious beachfront venue for a beautiful restorative evening steep in sisterhood, aroha, self-love, wairua and deep connection.

We will begin with a Goddess circle where we will release that which no longer serves us ane call in the Spring Equinox together.

(The Spring Equinox is celebrated as a festival of awakening, and rebirth. It is the time to bid bye to the dark months and move into the warmth of the light. It is a time of equal light and dark, of new beginnings, growth and fertility. 

The earth is waking up!)

Then yoga teacher, Lisa Allan, will guide us through a nourishing hour of restorative yoga. Allow your body to soften into a series of supported positions and give your nervous system a treat. Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2004, she is also a Reiki master/teacher and weaves the support of beautiful energy healing into her classes. Come along and be nurtured! 💛

Herb teas and a light vegan supper will be served along with korero and perhaps some star gazing over the ocean to conclude our beautiful and nourishing evening together. 🌟
