DIY Beeswax Wrap Workshop
Event description
Wrap it up with us this Earth Month!
Join Porchlight Community Services and Nature Needs SD for a fun, hands-on DIY Beeswax Wrap Workshop—a perfect project to reduce waste, keep food fresh, and celebrate Earth Month 🌍.
This workshop will show you how to ditch the plastic and switch to natural, reusable food wraps made with 100% cotton and beeswax. You’ll make your wraps (3-6 per person), enjoy light refreshments, and leave with practical tools for storing food more sustainably.
Whether you’re new to zero-waste living or already a sustainability superstar, this event is for you. Plus, your ticket supports Porchlight’s community programs that fight food waste and expand food access across San Diego.
