DIY Retreat for Health Professionals

We are so excited to invite you, health practitioners, to join us for a weekend of rest and connection, immersed in nature 🌿

When: 12-14th of September 2025

Where: Diamond Head Campground, NSW

Investment: $200

CHANGE OF LOCATION // Due to the recent storms on the mid north coast, our previous site is no longer available, so we are now heading to Diamond Head! Just on the southern side of Port Macquarie. 

Come join our wee tribe! This will be a small, intimate gathering of up to 10 health professionals, who share a love of nature, outdoor health and community. 

The weekend will include:

• Camping

• Cultural session with @arlenegilimehan 

• Breathwork session with @casuarina_holistic_psychology 

• Circle chats

• Knowledge and skill sharing 

• Book / resource sharing

• Exploring themes of decolonising our practice, neuro-diversity affirming practice, and other areas of passion you might wish to share

• Rest, swims and surf

Meals are not included in the price:

• BYO shared meals

This is an opportunity to share your unique offering with others in the spirit of sharing and exchanging our skill sets.

Weekend full of fun and nourishing conversations, naps, swims in the ocean, shared meals, cultural immersion, connection with nature and the art of just being.
