DIY low-cost window upgrades
In this hands-on workshop we’ll show you how to make DIY removable panels for your windows, boosting their thermal efficiency. These easy-to-make panels will help keep winter warmth inside and block out summer heat, reducing energy costs and improving comfort year-round. Ideal as a low-cost, temporary option for homeowners and renters.
Some knowledge of hand tools would be useful, but not essential. During the workshop we’ll do a step by step demonstration running through everything you’ll need to make the panels at home.
Who is it for?
This session is ideal for renters and homeowners who are interested in creating a more comfortable, energy-efficient home on a budget.
