Hailing from Osaka and currently based in Tokyo, DJ MARIA. has emerged as a key figure in pushing the boundaries of the city's techno scene. More recently, they have established themselves on the international DJ circuit as an artist symbolic of Tokyo's - and Japan's - new generation techno movement.

Expect a sensory-driven approach for engaging, deep and groovy techno to energise the body and deeply engage the mind.

DJ MARIA. has performed at Bassiani (Georgia), Berghain (Berlin), Acquario Masada (Milan), Elysia (Basel), and the now-closed De School (Amsterdam). Additionally, she has been featured at prominent outdoor festivals, including Organik (Taiwan), Mostra (Barcelona), Monument (Norway), and Draaimolen (Netherlands).

Beyond her performances and productions, DJ MARIA. is actively involved in Japan’s emerging outdoor festival scene. She is a core member of the organizing teams for Moment, a festival held in the breathtaking hidden landscapes of Tenkawa Village, Nara, and Transcendance, an event focused on psychedelic experiences.
