Djaaliny: Making Mealtimes Easier with Dr Kyla Smith
Event description
All Saints' College is pleased to welcome Old Saint Dr Kyla Smith back to the College for Djaaliny: Making Mealtimes Easier with Dr Kyla Smith on Wednesday 20 August from 6.00pm - 7.30pm.
In this presentation, Dr Kyla will share her top tips for raising confident eaters, even in a world that loves to overcomplicate food. You’ll get practical, reassuring advice that fits for babies, toddlers and primary school aged children. She’ll show you how to feed your family in a way that supports your child’s long-term relationship with food. It’s not about doing more, rather doing things a little differently. You’ll leave with clear, evidence-based strategies you can use right away, and the confidence to back yourself and the way you feed your family. Following the presentation there will be an opportunity for a Q&A.
