We love to do GOOD here at Drifter so we're partnering with local organisations so you can DO GOOD TOO!
Every Wednesday we send a group of guests to join Working Bees at the Ōtākaro Orchard Food Forest and be part of their growing community!

Get some hands-on experience with market gardening. From weeding and preparing beds, to propagation, planting, maintenance and harvest!
Come experience the life cycle of their food, from seed to plate.
RSVP's must be in before 8pm the night prior as we need to let the Orchard know how many people are attending. This is essential.
In case of rain, the working bee will be cancelled.
The orchard is approximately a 10-minute walk from Drifter, please make sure you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time, wear closed toed shoes and appropriate clothing. We do not provide transport.
