Event description

About this event:

Sarah Lancaster will join us for a special webinar to share her best practice do's and don'ts of documenting our mahi. In particular, this webinar will focus on how we can turn photography for project's key milestones, issues and attributes throughout its lifecycle into story-telling for various audiences, as well as ethical aspects.

"For those who love qualifications, I'm not a professional photographer but I have a classic DIY attitude and a Bachelors in theatre studies and creative writing. Instead of heading to Shorty St I've used these skills in my career to reach, engage and grow audiences, telling the story of whichever project I am working on. We have the tools at our fingertips, sometimes we just need to change where we are looking from."

About the Presenter:

Sarah Lancaster is a Waikato born & raised creative entrepreneur who has crafted her own career in community engagement, waste minimisation behaviour change, workshop and event hosting, digital comms strategy and delivery - always documenting for impactful storytelling, reporting and brand growth.
