Dominique Gagné & Verónica Olmos
Event description
Dominique Gagné (flute, vocals & piano, USA) and Verónica Olmos (vocals & percussion, Argentina) come together in a powerful and intimate duo that celebrates the richness of Latin American music through the language of jazz. Their performances are soulful, rhythmically vibrant, and emotionally resonant — blending tradition with improvisation.
Drawing on a repertoire of timeless classics and original compositions, the duo crafts a unique soundscape where storytelling, groove, and exploration meet. Dominique’s lyrical flute and harmonic sensitivity at the piano intertwine seamlessly with Verónica’s expressive voice and imaginative percussion. Together, they create a vibrant musical bridge between North and South America, weaving influences from Brazilian rhythms, Argentine folklore, and jazz into a heartfelt and captivating journey.
