Event description

This event is supporting mental health by challenging participants to reach 10, 000 steps a day for 10 days. An extension of the Steptember challenge and an added incentive for all walkers to achieve 10, 000 steps in the lead up to World Mental Health Day.
The challenge is open to all centre members and the wider community. 
Keep connected during this time by signing up to 10, 000 Steps in 10 Days Challenge and help contribute as many steps while generating awareness around mental and keeping healthy and active.


It is recommended that people who have not been physically active and/or are aged 60 years and over consult a medical professional prior to participation in any online directed fitness activities. 

You can check your health clearance prior to starting, using our online pre-exercise form.  

 If you answer yes to any of the questions, it is recommended to seek medical clearance before starting any online or physical exercise centre workouts. If you have any questions or concerns, please call (Insert Centre Number for centre that has created the content) 

There are no fees to participate in our online fitness classes.
