Donations to SMTC
Event description
SMTC is a not-for-profit community based AMI Montessori training centre. Together with our Montessori community, we work to keep the light of Montessori burning bright. This is truly a community effort and we rely on donations and volunteering from our community to make this effort sustainable for the long run.
We invite you to help us as part of the SMTC team by volunteering, donating, or joining events that build capacity for training, mentoring, and other support of our Montessori community across Australia.
Your financial contribution is so important to enabling us to do more for our community. Key areas we are looking for support in current include:
Fund support programs for schools or centres (to fund our trainers to offer coaching, parent talks etc in schools)
Obtaining Australian and State Government recognition and accreditation of our AMI courses
Support trainers-in-training through to becoming AMI Trainers of the future
Grow scholarships and bursaries for future educators
Maintain and expand our training environments and resources (including satellite environments)
Strengthen professional development for Montessori educators
If you are interested in donation, you can make it here and we will use it for one of these purposes. Alternatively, we would welcome a discussion with you by email to admin@smtc.com.au or phoning our Managing Director, Tara Taylor on +61414408516.
All donations are highly valued and are always applied for an important purpose that enables SMTC to be sustainable into the future.
If you are donating here, credit card fees are additional to the donation and will be noted at the time of the checkout depending on your choice of card. These are collected by Humanitix. If you prefer to make your donation directly via bank transfer, please reach out to us at admin@smtc.com.au. Thank you for you amazing support which helps make it possible for SMTC to sustain and to continue to do the great work above of our AMI training centre.
