DoNOHarm Community and Health Services
Description
DoNOHarm equips future community, health and human services workers with the confidence and skills to navigate conversations about mental health, distress, crisis and lived experience safely and effectively.
Using a practical, trauma-informed framework, this interactive workshop explores how everyday communication can support wellbeing while maintaining professional boundaries and reducing the risk of harm.
Participants will learn how to create psychologically safe interactions, respond appropriately to disclosures of distress, and build trust through intentional, person-centred communication.
