DoNOHarm Early Childhood and Learning Support
Description
DoNOHarm is a practical communication workshop designed to help future educators and learning support professionals navigate challenging conversations with confidence, compassion and clear professional boundaries.
Using a trauma-informed framework, the workshop explores how everyday interactions can support student wellbeing while reducing the risk of harm. Participants will learn how to respond appropriately to distress, wellbeing concerns and disclosures, while fostering psychologically safe and inclusive learning environments.
Whether working in early childhood settings, schools or learning support roles, DoNOHarm provides practical tools to strengthen communication, build trust and support positive outcomes for students and families.
