Dontations Dream Out Loud Festival 2026

From the Friends of Nowanup Perspective, Dream Out Loud 2026 was an outrageous success! Kwobidak (beautiful) people came, camped and shared in a rich offering of circles, workshops, music, walks, food, karla and connection.

Ngalak (We) acknowledge we are on stolen boodja and are ready for truth listening.

We are koorliny (moving) towards a bilingual Noongar Boodja.

This event was ENTIRELY volunteer run. Friends of Nowanup volunteers will receive no payment and many payed full ticket prices. Many of our elders, facilitators and musicians also donated their time and paid for tickets!

We received NO external funding.

We are asking for donations to;

• Pay Noongar Elders closer to what they are worth

• Pay Noongar facilitators closer to what they are worth.

• Pay musicians closer to what they are worth.

• Contribute more money to Nowanup as rent for the weekend.

• Buy a truck of water for Nowanup!
