Description
A 6 week programme of workshops exploring ways to build your baseline dopamine.
Increase your concentration, motivation and life satisfaction.
Dopamine depletion is the neurological crisis of our time. Chronic cell phone use is contributing to increasing rates of ADHD, decreasing life satisfaction, learning capability and the reduced ability to think critically, reflect and have agency in our lives.
In Dopamine Lab you will explore research-backed ways to increase your baseline dopamine and regulate your dopamine levels naturally. Each week we'll explore different approaches so that you can see what works for you. You can either drop into individual workshops or you can enrol in the whole programme.
Each workshop is $20 or $10 if you have a Community Services Card or a Student ID.
