DOTS focuses on 4 communication styles, simply known as red, yellow, blue and purple DOTS.
DOTS enables us to not only recognise our own natural communication
style but also the communication styles of the people you interact with.
It allows you to engage with them on a level you both understand, feel
safe with and respond positively to.

There are 3 parts to the overall training, so you will need to purchase 3 separate tickets, one for each part. You can pick and choose which session time suits you best.
This training is free for Neighbourhood House Staff and Volunteers and by donation for other organisations.
