Double Rainbow - Body Doubling Session

Body doubling is a great way to help you focus and connect with your community.

THCountry Hub has created a time and space for you to work on your art project, catch up on you book club reads, work on study plans or life-admin in a lo-fi environment with free WIFI.

You'll have space to set up a work station, make a cuppa and focus.

Each session will include: 

• 15 minutes for an Acknowledgement of Country, housekeeping and setting up your work space.

• 90 minutes of uninterrupted focus time. 

• 15 minutes to transition out of focus mode, pack up work spaces, and either join the Queer Book Club at 6pm or head home. 

A timer with a gentle alarm will provide a non-verbal prompt of when the session will end.
