- What happens if I cannot make it? Do I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tickets may only be used by the person whose name is registered at the time of booking.
Refunds are only given in the event the host has to cancel.
Updated Ticket Policy: Going forward, tickets are non-transferable. If you have already purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, please contact the organiser to discuss your options.

No, not to the Velour Lounge.
- What time should I get there?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to check in, collect your name tag, and get settled before the event begins.

- How will I know if I have any matches?
Mutual matches will be notified by 10:00am the next morning.
If you don't receive a message, it simply means that no mutual matches were made this time.
