Join us for a nourishing day retreat thoughtfully created for doulas; birth, post-partum & end of life. A chance to pause, reconnect and be held in community as we welcome the Spring Equinox.
Through a facilitated circle, mindful time in nature, guided enquiry & writing, a fire ceremony, delicious nourishing lunch & treats and meaningful rituals, we will explore what is unfolding in our work, honour the wisdom we each bring and deepen our connection to this community & our purpose & intentions behind our work.
This intimate gathering is an invitation to rest, reflect, connect with ourselves & with each other.
