Downs Dust Up #2
Event description
The Downs Dust Up #2 is a driving event being held on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August 2024, at a location that is about 15 minutes south of Toowoomba, Queensland. Downs Dust Up #1, held last year in September 2023, saw about 80 entrants from across eastern Australia race their pre-49 hotrods, gassers and pre-57 motorcycles along the 1/8 mile dirt track all while having a good time and raising money for the Starlight Foundation.
This year's event will again include racing, camping and spectating. Similar to last time, we will have a cap on entrants to ensure plenty of time for racing. Use this ticketing page to purchase your Driver Entrant, Spectator, or Camping and Spectator tickets prior to the event.
We kindly request that you note the following:
- All hotrods/gassers/motorcycles must meet the criteria of the Dust Up committee/organisers and pass the Tech Inspection before racing.
- There will be food trucks, entertainment, limited seating, toilets and bins available onsite for entrants, spectators and campers.
- Please be mindful of our neighbours when entering/leaving the Dust Up premises.
- Campers who have purchased tickets via this website are welcome to camp anytime from 12 midday Friday to 10am Sunday.
- For entrants and campers the Dust Up is BYO, no glass.
- All persons participate in the Downs Dust Up at their own risk. The Downs Dust Up committee/organisers are not liable for any loss, damage or claim that might incur while travelling to/from the event, or while at this event.
- By attending The Downs Dust Up you give permission for photos and video footage to be taken of you personally and your hotrod/gasser/motorcycle.
