Join us for a special evening blending the expressive freedom of Contact Improvisation (CI), the heart-opening warmth of a Cacao Ceremony, and the deep resonance of Sound Healing.
This is an exploration, a chance to playfully rediscover the intricate connections within yourself and with others, strengthening the bonds that make you uniquely human.

In this workshop, the basic elements of CI will be explained and demonstrated followed by an opportunity to practice Contact Improvisation as context of intuitive dance. You will move through the music filled space getting in occasional contact with other dancers. In the safe and caring environments of our Studio, you’ll have a ‘space’ to meditate on your body-mind resonance to every single contact and let your body to response intuitively, applying the CI elements you’ve been given or some spontaneous gestures that will surely manifest from your heart once you surrender to the flow..

We'll share ceremonial Cacao, a gentle yet powerful guide to deepen our heart-connection, fostering that beautiful, natural coherence that links us all.
We’ll immerse ourselves in Sound Healing so the vibrations create a nurturing space for those subtle,
emerging wires connecting soul to body, heart to heart – to rest, strengthen, and truly shine.

Come weave your thread into this tapestry of movement, connection, and sound.
It's a space to be curious, to be open, and maybe even have a little fun finding new ways to relate and express.
