This experience is elevated to a higher level by Lie Down & Listen, an immersive sonic journey curated by Christina McMaster. Christina is a pianist, composer and founder of Lie Down & Listen – a truly creative spirit fascinated by deep listening and sound. She has performed at numerous festivals U.K and worldwide, featured on BBC Radio 4, Radio 3, Classic FM. This event will feature Inner Temple, a composition inspired by the visionary work of Hildegard von Bingen, this performance weaves together live classical piano, ambient nature sounds, and electronic soundscapes by Tom Middleton, a world-renowned sound designer and composer whose work enhances deep relaxation, creativity, and heightened awareness. To further enrich the experience, sound therapist Michelle Cade (Mind Like Water) will guide the space with the resonant frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls. Known for her deeply integrative approach that combines sound, scent, and mindfulness, Michelle’s work enhances the somatic, energetic, and emotional dimensions of healing.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.

Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.
