Drawing for Work
Event description
Take your sketching skills to the next level with MAKE's most popular workshop.
Learning to draw can be a powerful tool for telling engaging stories about your clients, colleagues and customers. Visually describing people's feelings, reactions, experiences and contexts are vital ingredients for your visual toolkit – and it can be a lot easier than you think!
In this workshop you’ll learn about the practice of drawing for working using the art of visual processing and communication. Not an artist? Not to worry! It’s not about making art, it’s about conveying simple messages.
In this fun, hands-on session, you'll learn:
- How to draw almost anything (yes, anything!) and supercharge your communication skills
- New methods and frameworks for successful visual communication at work
- That drawing to communicate can be easy, low stress and fun!
Who this session is for:
Techniques covered in this session will be valuable for anyone wanting to improve how they communicate at work. You don't have to be an artist.
